The investments made by 30BIT are selected, analysed, credit approved, funded and managed by Balmain. 30BIT principally invests in 3 categories of investments: Secured Loans, Balmain Managed Trusts and cash.
Whilst 30BIT is a pooled fund with a single class of units, to provide Investors with an exceptional level of visibility the following ‘tiles’ describe the assets that currently sit in the fund. As new loans are made, new tiles are added and as loans are repaid, the tiles are removed. The ‘cash’ tile is the current level of liquidity. The Balmain Managed Trusts tiles indicate the percentage of 30BIT that is invested in various Balmain Managed Trusts.
The investments of the Trust are dynamic (i.e. they change regularly). The tables below are updated monthly.
